As the title says, occasionally when a tank spawns he dies in a single hit and crosshair and health ( or team health ) aren't shown. What could be the cause?

I witnessed it through z_spawn combined with ForceInfectedGhost of the known include that does it but players reported it happening outside of z_spawn with natural tank spawns. All tanks regardless if naturally spawned or z_spawn can have this bug.

Looks like either Valve or you have messed up with something essential or crucial to the game files. I could be wrong...

If I were you, I would retrace the steps I took before the problem arose.

Solved. Cause: tank’s health is 0.

Why? Because a dumbass plugin set it to 0.

Why only sometimes? Because the multi tanks plugin sometimes fails to give the health, unsure why 0.0
