I've recompiled it too, But i still have those errors (Linux Server)

(Don't know if its related)I can't use any Epic Scout ability, it keeps saying "Ability Unavailable" Even though i'm at 100% Rage.

That's what I was saying. Works fine on Windows, and wont work on Linux Ubuntu 16.04.3.

I've fixed that problem by using s93's version, BUT exactly smx attachment because source code differs from compiled version.

Every time I try running the 'Get Plugin' it just send me to the "Plugin failed to compile! Please try contacting the author" white page. I got the source and compiled it successfully, and the rages work fine on their own, the issue is whenever I try using them with AMS [specifically Rage_random_weapon and rage_dodge_specific_damage]. However other AMS abilities such as rage_movespeed, all of the ff2_witchdoctor abilities, ff2_tfcond, and ff2_otokiru work fine.
