Server's player count went down after update

Hello.

So i've got a strange question - what has happened to the game client, ~2 months ago? I know, that they've added some strange restriction, where you can't connect to the "pure" game server, if you have any 3rd party content in the game memory (after you played on any custom server, with any mods).

The point is - i was having some Aim server back then (and it is now), and i was having about ~5-6 players online average, throughout the day. I was having some custom mods installed of course (skins, stats). Server was available to play, for non-prime users too.

And - after this update (~2 month ago), my online drops down to 0. There's literally couple of connections, through the whole day.
It seems that non-prime users can't connect to my server since then (i didn't change any server settings). Is there any way to check, if the non-prime can connect to the server? Or they change something?

The cvar sv_prime_accounts_only should be 0 by default but you can check with

Yes, sv_prime_accounts_only is zero.
Maybe they've added some new cvar after the update? Regarding "third party" files and stuff. So a lot of the players can't connect.
Maybe it makes sense to disable all the custom plugins then?

Also - maybe they just make non-prime players, to be unavailable to play on custom servers?

Its also summer now/soon. The players count always starts going down during this time (and goes up in august).
Also corona shutdowns starts to open up more and more.
