This plugin blocking rcon_password.
You should recode your rcon_password in md5 (ex. here: http://www.adamek.biz/md5-generator.php)
Paste md5 #define RCON_PASSWORD "here_rcon_in_md5" and compile..
Now you can use it from client CS, from HLSW etc.. Input rcon_password... plugin recode it in md5 format and then checks with you md5 in plugin..

No it doesn't, it masks it and then blanks it. It will still show the invalid rcon password messages that the OP doesn't want to see.
