How many 32 player servers can my VPS handle?

TF2 specifically

Four E5-2697 v4 Cores @ 2.6GHz
4096 MB of RAM

4 cores == 4 servers

Dont know enough about TF2 but the clockspeed doesnt appear to be fast enough for 32 slots.

k. Guess I'll just only keep the ones I'm running now a 32 and 24 player server also running a web server off the same box
