So, I am an owner of a FF2 server, and, I have been trying modeling to make my stuff, but, I am kinda bad at it (hoping to improve, tho)

I asked some people around for permission to use their player models, and, the problem appeared when I tried to make these models into bosses - the only thing that appeared is a T-posing, black-pink checkerboard pattern model (with correct geometry, at least THAT worked).

After which, I heard that GMOD models cannot just be added like that. I would like to ask, is there a way to change GMOD models into TF2 ones?

You have to rerig the model into tf2 style. I believe that there's some tutorials in forum.
