Servers hosted on dedibox not showing up in master server list

Hey, so a while ago we bought 2nd dedi in OVH Warsaw.
I've discovered that servers arent showing up in CSGO or steam server browser.
OS is windows server 2008r2, firewall is correctly set up.
Servers are showing up only if i change localization manually to europe or if i add them to favorites.
Also checked http://www.serverbrowser.com/, i can see them there(search for ggeasy)
Ive basically googled the issue for past week, cant find what is causing that

Has your server been up for at least 48 hours with the same GSLToken?

Yes, its up on same token for over 2 months.

Well, seems are my servers are finally visible. We've asked to update geoip dbs on ip2location and maxmind. Afaik valve uses them.
