I would like to know if this settings are good to host CS:GO servers with +16 players with 128 ticks. (A few servers)
Processor: 2x(Xeon X5675)
RAM: 32GB
Using CentOS

I notice that the usage of the CPU is not very high, but the server is lagging when +16 players are playing using 2x Xeon X5675.
In 2019 what is the recommendation for CS:GO Servers, and why.
I would like to get some information updated, since there are no posts asking for information about the CS:GO servers, and what would be the ideal specs.

You need to use that cpu on turbo because the cpu freq is a little bit low ~3ghz.

Also you need to set the tickrate on 64.
