download the .sma file to your "\addons\amxx\scripting" folder
and run the "compile.bat" (for windows users)

the compiled plugin will be in "\addons\amxx\scripting\compiled"

I go start, run then type cmd
then command prompt will open, then I type cd C:\program Files\steam\steamapps\<youre-mail>\dedicated server\cstrike\addons\amxx\scripting <--- or wherevere your compile.bat is located then sc the sma file then thats it
