This plugin is kind of bugged for me.

On the server, the effect works but theres either 2 things that appear, if one appears, the other doesn't. Either the medic or the actual mediray pop up. INVISIMEDIC!!!

Hi, I just installed all the files on the proper folders but nothing seems to be different.
What am I doing wrong? Is there another plugin that I need to have installed on my server to make this one work or is this plugin independent?

There shouldn't be any reason that the animations don't work, are you applying the animations to both of the entities?

The created prop_physics and the wearable item you create to make it visible to the owning player?

Should this be unapproved due to the Attachables requirement? I mean, it still works (I think) but Attachables is no longer available.

Plus, someone else went and remade this plugin without the Attachables requirement. (fixed the link)
