I've tested with SourceMod (v1.5.3-dev+3954) version, same of you server + TF2 FortWars + You .cfg.

Plugin works 100%.

Type on chat !jet to take one jetpack

hmm can you change sm_jet command to sm_cjet it could be more awesome with my other jet pack plunigs and I tested and they worked awesome but if that command will be sm_cjet it could be so awesome for me.

I have yet another bug to report. I am getting good at this...

- Using minigun will disable your ability to fly. This bug is somewhat of a good thing, however. Heavies would become a big annoyance gunning people down while flying. However, I really don't care on the maps my server uses. Perhaps a cvar could be added that would allow you to disable certain weapons while using jet?

Another suggestion would be to make the hud show the progress of refueling, so it's easier to know when you can fly again. In other words, after your fuel has run out, 0-100 for instance, have it count back up.

I set the sound cvar to the tf2 build-in rainblower sounds "weapons\rainblower\rainblower_loop.wav" ,so that the player no need download it.
But every time the player join the server,it still checking the file "rainbow/loop.wav",it show "Downloading rainbow/loop.wav" and "Downloading rainbow/loop.wav.bz2" while loading,even i don't have these file in my server.
Anyway to fix it?

You think you could make it so sounds do not exist. I am having a problem where it loops, if one person uses it, and stops, it ear wrecks and doesnt stop looping the sound. MAJOR BUG.

I installed a 5minsilence wav to replace it and it didnt fix it either, the loop broke it all together.
