I want to make an Website where i can acces from the server and choose a clantag to set.
The question is: what i need to do that ?(sql? websocket ?,......)
And is there any tutorial who explains how to do that ?

You want the webpage to be able to set a specific client's clan tag?

There will be buttons.
E.g Top of the button there is : [SM]ClanTag and if the client click the button, he receives [SM] clan tag

Just have the server contact the API each round / every x seconds and set their tag according to the body of the response (presumably formatted in JSON).
