does any1 know how to successfully edit the stuff it shows for example..

amx_hs_set_chat "A" "%killer% Pwned %victim% at %distFeet% with a %weapon%"

this sentence is set to display that message to all players thru the chat when a headshot is done, but i do not know where to put this to successfully edit it, i tried the cvar in the amxmod's config folder and/or the server.cfg in cstrike but it didnt work.

can any1 help me pls?

i got an idea for this plugin
and i hope you like it too

different sounds for different weapon kills

the idea is based on an action that happend every day on server.
you run with a deagle ore a scout and killt one player with an "one shot" headshot.

i always think wow, nice luck headdy
and with a sound like
"UHHHHHHHHH!!!!" (like Duke Nukem)
it would be kick ass

other situation
you got an awp and killt one,
normaly there is the UT Headshot sound
in this case there comes the UT2004 headshot sound

i dont know if this possible,
still an idea

Is there any way to make this work with DOD?

I've got it set up on my server but it seems like headshots and knife kills are mixed up or something as I get the messages when I stab someone.

I'm completely new to this plugin thing so I'm not completely sure what I'm doing. My understanding is that AMX Mod X is backwardly compatible with AMX Mod Plugins so I've put hs_deluxe_for_dod.amx in my amxmodx\plugins folder and added it to the configs\plugins.ini file.

All the download links for DodXMod are dead but I managed to find a download somewhere but I have no idea what to do with it. At first I thought it was a MetaMod plugin but adding it to my MetaMods plugins.ini just crashes the server.

Any help you could give me would be very much appreciated

DodXMod is surely not compatible with last AMXmodX ...

Great idea this but i think impossible because it is somewhat the same as notifiyng when you kill 2 or more players with the same bullet. I was told it is impossible and indeed think it is impossible but stil a nice idea.

Thanks Dan. I found a plugin on there that works for me though it isn't anywhere near as nice as yours. I might have to learn scripting and make one myself.
