It's been 2 years, O_O, hella long delay ban, I hear delay bans are 1 month to 2 weeks.

Vac2 does a good job at what it does, but for some it isnt enough - since people are able to use cheats on vac2 enabled server. Hence server administrators seek out 3'd party tools such as hlguard, steambans, aimwarn or even small amxx plugins such as spinhack detector or even this plugin.

Chapman and _PRJVDC hacks to your search.
_PRJVDC = Project VDC: Catalyst
Chapman, I think, was written by the same coder, c0re, that wrote the Ecstatic hack.
