i don't really know enough to help you but I know there is a plugin that manages gas cans in scavenge https://forums.alliedmods.net/showth...t=l4d+scavenge
Maybe it's source or even the author of the plugin can help you.
I'm really hoping you update it to work with scavenge!!

Note: I'm from Argentina so sorry if my english is not good.

Are you telling me that sm_cvar mp_gamemode scavenge in server.cfg is not enough? Becuase having that in server.cfg + using changelevel <map>/ sm_map <map> in force mission changer wont work. The gascans are being ignored untill you've called the mp_restartgame 1 command that will skip the first round for one of the teams.

Since the last update from valve 05/14/10, the problem that disconnect all players back again

Is This version 1.4.4 fix it? I'm testing this version, I will tell you if it's OK.

Version 1.4.5 released. Improved gamemode check so it would not cause the plugin to shut down and kick everyone off the server if no gamemode was found. This will probably be the finale version.

Notice that all versus games (vs, teamvs and realismvs) are using
sm_l4dvs_mapchanger.txt and all coop games (coop, realism, bleed out and last gnome on earth are using sm_l4dco_mapchanger.txt

Upload the 2 .txt files to sourcemod/data
and the .smx to sourcemod/plugins folder.

ok so does this version work, and is it stable, cause if so tell me where i can find version 1.4.2 that your running on 20vs island server.

Hi Visual

With the version 1.4.4 the server disconnect all players.

Now I get the version 1.4.5 Tomorrow I will let you know if the plugin is OK.

EDIT: I found a bug. The plugin not make a .cfg file in cfg/sourcemod (but the version 1.4.4 did)

1.4.5 reuploaded again. This is the last version due to the fact that all mutation gamemodes are now out.

Did the welcome message somehow make the code unstable?
I noticed it was cut out, but the mission change message is still there.
