Based very loosely on the old standby 'Escort the VIP' from CSS, this version has you protecting a teammate while trying to make the saferoom.

This is for versus gameplay, so both teams get a try. Although people have been playing it on co-op successfully.

Rules/Gameplay:

• When the first player leaves the saferoom or start area, a random player is selected to be the president. (You can make it truly random, or exclude players that were it in previous rounds)
• The president can move faster than the other players (configurable from 50% to 200%), default = 120%).
• The president can have more health than the other players(50% to 500%), default = 150%.
• The President can only carry a pistol/dual pistols, no other weapons (Configurable to allow Magnum)
• The President cannot carry a medkit, or heal himself. He can still take pills and adrenaline (Configurable, off or on).
• The damage to the president is also dealt to all team members. (Configurable from 0% to 500%).
• All other players damage can be changed also(10% to 500%).
• The president will have his skin color changed, and he will have a flashing custom glow color around him.
• If the president dies, you have a limited time to defib him before the entire team dies also(0 seconds to 300 seconds).

Most of the items are configurable within a range, including the colors of the president. All the colors are comma delimited RGB strings eg: "255,34,55".

There is a admin console command "sm_selectprez <clientid>" to let an admin select one on demand, if needed or desired.

Similar idea appeared in China long time ago (L4D1)

There are a punishment if the survivor failed to protect the VIP.
Freeze All Survivors for 10 seconds and spawn many Special Infected near them.
I think you should add a cvar to allow different punishments

I think the problem there was that it has become increasingly difficult to adjust the games scoring system without a great deal of effort, and without messing up the game.

Just registered on the forums here to say this. Great plugin!! I loaded this on my clan's server to play and we had a blast.

I noticed one bug for you though, if a weapon is dropped(IE teir1 dropped to pickup tier 2) the president can pickup that dropped tier one to use.
