there is no "oldlist.gam" in my game directories sorry !

i think ,you may need to do a fresh installation
(backup the "new" installed game into annother hd partition)

i dont remember if it was oldlist.gam but i remember it was something *.gam :S

Delete the liblist.gam file then update HLDS, you will get a fresh copy of liblist.gam
