The possible causes of that:

You don't actually have the model .bz2's in the correct location on your fastDL site.
You don't actually have sv_downloadurl set to your fastDL site properly.
You have sv_pure set to something other than 0.

Thing to try: Also try having the normal models in your normal server.

Make sure you yourself don't have custom downloads prevented on your advanced options, and that other people don't have it disabled.

Afaik these are the only things that can cause problem aside from the plugin having the filepaths wrong, which I'm sure isn't the case unless only a single boss doesn't work or something.

Quick note, since I saw a few VSH servers being hit by the Invis Watch speed bug, if you want to fix that just comment out the following line in ClientTimer:

Also, if you want the old style of damage reduction just change the appropriate clauses in OnTakeDamage (change 620 damage to 124).

Why am I being so obvious? Well, some servers haven't implemented the fix. Seems silly to let spies outrun Hale

I haven't tested these changes on a full server yet, but I can't imagine much will change between 6 people and 30.
