I have my server running as coop, but sometimes I like to play survival as well. I know there's a console command that will change the game type to either or, but I am not finding it. I've used it in the past. Anyone know the command? Better yet is there a plugin that allows the players to switch the game mode and map?

Don't specify any game mode and your server will accept all game types. You can dictate the game mode from lobby or with this command "sm_cvar mp_gamemode coop"
