I have tried using this plugin but for some reason it always sets the gloves to be invisible, any help on fixing this?

Hmm, i can't buy, why? . When i press "1" in store and then its gone.

You need to add it to your translation (Check the error log)

i compile it i already put some mdl etc and downloader after succesfull buy the gloves are same as defaults

You need to handle the download part yourself. If the Clients dont have all the related Material files they wont be able to see the gloves.
