Speed
This plugin allows admin to change the walk/running/crouch speed of a player by using the command

on a player. This is my first plugin and i know there is one bug. When you change the speed of a player and they will change therer weapon the effect stops. Please PM me how to fix this because i dont know. This plugin is tested on a Counter-strike server and i dont know if it will work for other mod's too. Enjoy this plugin
