Why does Sourcemod anticheat/sourcebans log ip's?

From what I heard, it does. If so, It's stupid, in my opinion. It allows people who ddos to look up a steamid, and grab their ip easily.

You realize that there's a very obvious option in the SourceBans settings to hide IP addresses to non-staff... right?

He rather waste his time complaining about it on here then using the time wisely to look at his sourcebans settings.
