When an admin enter to the server, happend some thing on the server:
- The players current in the server listening spk voice;
- The players current in the server see a hudmsg;
- The map stay darkens for 15 seconds.

Could you explain why do you include engine ? -EDIT- oh you send set_lights !!
Do you plain to add an option do disable dark map feature ?

Rather than check if task exists, remove the task and set up a new one.

It`s a big diference, try.

Try without . and not use the spk command, use the speak command, because if are speaking voice it`s stops say and say a new voice for all

This plugin is useless, not configurable and some plugins can do similar things.
