AMX SUPER MENU problem

Hello , I Installed AMX SUPER MENU https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=19542 Plugin but when I want to join a team it keeps me stay as spectator

the file I downloaded contained 5 files(amxx) in the plugins folder. there was no problem with 1,2,3,4

1) amx_super-cmdmanager
2) amx_super-fun
3) amx_super-menu
4) amx_super-others
5) amx_super-serious

But I found out later that the problem is with "amx_super-serious".

I will be grateful if you can show me a solution

There is nothing wrong with amx_super that causes this at all.

Maybe use a steam only server?

Dear @DruGzOG
I am using the offline/single player.
You know I disabled other plugins to see if any plugin is incompatible with AMX SUPER or not. the AMX_SUPER works correctly but why I cannot join any teams ? I am totally sure that I have installed it properly. the version is 5.0.2 so maybe I should try older versions right ?
