This is a nice little cage to put offecive people in
Currently tested on CS & TFC & DOD

If the caged llama is killed he will spawn back in the cage instead of spawn
Commands::
amx_llamacage = Create a cage
amx_detspecialcage = blow up the cage
amx_llamaport <authid, nick or #userid> = Cage a llama
amx_freellama <authid, nick or #userid> = Free a caged llama
And Remember::: DO NOT FEED THE LLAMAS
Required
* The Model neo_cage.mdl (attached) (goes in $moddir/models/)
This model is taken from the mod NeoTF.. I did not ask to use the model because it's just a model..
