its work in hlds score board fine.but if run hltv and record the match,when view hltv demo,the pings in score board will be real players pings...and every one of players watch the match hltv and understand that theire pings in match were fake.

This is a big request, but might be possible using Orpheu module.

Plugin should work on all HL mods, is it just the bots pings not showing?

I have a problem, players with more than 200 ping the same sample, I used the latest version with min_ping max_ping 80 and 150 and those with high ping displays alike. Ping 300 or 400
In previous versions I was the same, the same high ping shows

what not working ? pingfake_bots 2 it means only bots will be effected with ping faker set it to 0 or 1 to work on normal players.

Зачем нужны следующие проверки?

if (bit_count < 1)
Минимально передаваемый bit_count == 1.

if (bit_count > (32 - bits_added))
Во время этой проверки bits_added бывает максимум 25 = 7 от предыдущего игрока + 1 + 5 + 12, а bit_count при этом равен 7.
В других случаях bits_added максимум: 7, 8, 13, 7, а bit_count при этом равен: 1, 5, 12, 1 соответственно.

if (value >= (1 << bit_count))
value максимум бывает 1, 31, 4095, а 1 << bit_count при этом:
1 << 1 = 2, 1 << 5 = 32, 1 << 12 = 4096

Ещё слышал есть meta или amxx модуль, не подскажите как называется или где можно найти?
