im trying to host my server from dedicatured steam server or wat not and i keep gettign this Mod_NumForName: sprites/snow.spr not found how do i fix/get it

hi, ive had a tsrp server once before.. like a year ago and now im back and im trying again to make a warcraft server to dod... i got my dedicated server and with amx and all now its just addning this plugin. i know how to add .sma or .amxx files but i dont know how to add a whole folder.. Can u tell me how to install this please?
