i was fooling around with the plugin and i noticed admins CANT use qslapme if its set to 0 and not ADMIN_KICK...im not good with coding but shouldnt you remove

Because the command is technically an argument. Also, yes this plugin is very old. (No offense to you v3x), but it does need an update, a lot has changed.
