You should try notifying the author so they can fix this.

Compile it manually. I believe the webcompilers include files aren't up to RC5 yet.

NS Module is for the game natural selection

you go to the downloads page and download the natural selection package for that module.

Ive seen great servers with this plugin... ive got it downloaded and i need someone to tell me where i can get the extra levels plugin that the format is .amxx

ive got extra levels on old amx version (.amx), but i use the new one and i cant find it

I've changed this latejoin plugin, my admins didn't like how it function so instead they wanted it to give latejoiners half the xp of the avarge of the opposite team... I have no idea why they wanted it that way but whatever...
