Let a player write a post on the place where the chat bubble came out when it entered a server.

For Ex:

+Player (Username) (Country)

For Admins

+Admin (Username) (Country)

For Vips
+VIP (Username) (Country)

But admin and Vip posts will be colorful. the vip must be orange. Admin should be a bit dark orange.
