[TF2] Resize Heads!

Introduction:
This plugin simply resizes the head, for the LOL!
Commands:
sm_resizehead <Player> <Size>
Resizes any player with a Generic Flag.
<Size> = <0.0 - 3.0>
sm_resizemyhead <Size>
Allows you to re-size your own head with a scale number between <0.0 - 3.0>
Without a scale opens up a menu
Also uses Generic Flag but can be override with admins_override.cfg
Convars:
sm_resizehead_enabled (Default: 1) - Turn on/off the plugin.
1 - On
0 - Off
sm_resizehead_logs = (Default: 1) - Should logging be on?
1 - Yes
0 - No
sm_resizehead_join = (Default: 0) - Should players head be resized when spawning into game?
2 - Admins (Generic Flag)
1 - Public
0 - No
sm_resizehead_joinsize = (Default: 1) - The size of the players head when they spawn, must be used with sm_resizehead_join to work.

Installation:
- Place resizehead.smx into your addons/sourcemod/plugins/ folder.
- Go to tf/cfg/sourcemod and look for resizehead.cfg to configure to your liking.
- Use any of the commands to your fit.
