[Help] Error connecting from Webpanel to Server

I have seen 1 or 2 other posts about this error but they all say to go to http://www.sourcebans.net/node/25 which is no longer a valid link.

From what I have seen it has something to do with opening up UDP ports if I am correct. Everything else works (Banning, ect.) but it won't display the server information on the site.

My Webpanel is at http://syriagamers.com/bans/index.php

Hey again,

Just another quick question about the same thing,

If my gameserver is on port 27025 is that the one that they should open up? Sorry if this is completely wrong but I don't really known how UDP and TCP ports work.

Yes.

The site says "usually 27015" because 27015 is the standard port.

If you run five game servers on five different ports, the server hosting your site needs to be able to access all those five ports.
