I tried making my own server via steamcmd and it says that my server is not responding. Please help

If you running and try to connecting to local server, its easy to use a 127.0.0.1 IP
For another players out from network, its use a global IP.

For users in same network (Not in same PC LOL) its using a lan ip like 192.168.1.101
