- set_user_frags(0, 0); cs_set_user_deaths(0, 0); Is it a joke ? Passing 0 will not loop through all players. I'm amazed you say it works fine when you must have "Player out of range" errors in the logs.

I'll admit it, straight up with you guys.

I tested every portion of this plugin EXCEPT the global resetting and the menu.

The reason I did not test the menu was because I have created menus EXACTLY like that before and worked perfectly.
