[CSGO] Stuck when round ends after timelimit ends

Round ends after timelimit ends. Scoreboard comes up. After 3-5 seconds, scoreboards gets removed (when it should've changed to nextmap) but map doesn't change. Everyone is stuck. No map command work (!map / successful rtv vote). I'm lost :/ Any heads up would be appreciated

Anyway, either plugin or server is choosing workshop map, but server -authkey is not set.

You could tell us, are you using SourceMod map cycle or CSGO own map cycle system.
Working with both map cycle system would not work, tough

Tried re-installing cgo, re-checking authkey and changing autkey to a friend's one. Still the same.
Plugin uses default mapcycle just a modified default mapchooser to show kz map's tier, that's all

Update:-
Tried this from here:
[KZTimer] Map is stuck and cant change map until server restart

Delete "subscribed_file_ids.txt" and "ugc_collection_cache.txt" from /csgo/
Change gamemode to Casual (Game_mode 1; game_type 0)
Make sure mapgroup is empty or not specified (Can be checked by typing "mapgroup" in to client console while ingame)

Still the same. Tried changing to all maps manually, it's changing but when round ends, still the same. Did some debug and found out that server gets stuck in every map when 10-15 minutes has elapsed. You can't change map even with !map so it's not mapchooser issue I guess. Error logs/ Normal logs/Server logs shows nothing.

Tried changing workshop collection too, still the same
