After upgrading SourceMod to 1.5.1 in my server CSGO, the server crashes several times a day and it Appears at the end of the console:

Uploading dump (in-process) [proxy '']
/tmp/dumps/crash_20131011201012_1.dmp
**** WARNING: Watchdog timer exceeded, aborting!


I've tried updating all the plugins from the server, but the error still persists.

You could install Accelarator to find out why it is crashing:

What you posted is only the notification after the crash happened and the dump could not be uploaded to valve (probably the connection is blocked)

This is a great help. I was able to see different things here.
