Redirect players

So, I'm trying to find a method, that when someone enter my Csgo server, I have a list where I redirect this player to CT or T. For Example:

Player 1 is connecting> Player 1 is defined to play on CT> Player 1 automatically joins CT side and can not change.

Any ideias? Is there a plugin who can handle that?
