[REQ] Global plugin configuration files

Hi,

Is it possible to add global plugin configuration files like in Amx, please ?

ie : plugins-de_.ini ; plugins-cs.ini

It is really useful when there are many maps which requires the same configuration and to create advanced configurations.

plugins.ini would be loaded in this order :

plugins.ini
plugins-xxx.ini
maps/plugins-map_prefix_.ini
maps/plugins-map_name.ini

This is added as revision 3286

It will be the following syntax:

amxmodx/configs/maps/prefixes/plugins-*.ini
