Exciting Speed Boost 
A simple plugin that boosts a player speed whenever they get a kill or destruction of a building. Similar to how the character Jinx works in League of Legends.
ConVars
- esb_onkillduration [Default: 2.0] [Min: 0.0]
- esb_ondestroyduration [Default: 3.0] [Min: 0.0]
If set to 0.0, it'd give infinite duration until the player dies.
