Facing weird kind of problem in custom maps!

I am facing weird kind of problems in custom maps such as can't climb ladders in deathrun maps or any other maps. A transparent block restrict from going ahead in some maps. Can any one tell me what is it ? Can any one help ? Need help immediately. Please reply ASAP

If you know the name of the entity that is blocking the path you can probably use stripper source to delete it. That assumes the game (which you didn't specify) supports it.
