The sv_downloadurl downloads the archives of the website, and no fastdl, the archives are downloaded of server

I genuinely believe that he wasn't trying to troll anybody. It's a legitimate question. Obviously it means that one has faster downloads than another server, but he may not know what downloads they are taking about (models and such). He also probably doesn't know the actual difference between them in terms of using a web-server rather than HLDS.

ANTI-CHRISTUS is right, because if you have fastdl, you will download files in internet, so it depends on how your net is fast or slow...

No FastDL = players download maps/sounds from your server and it is unchangeably slow.
FastDL = players download maps/sound from a web server which is faster, and the speed depends on the speed of your host.
