I was wondering the same thing. I try and compile..
plugin_gore.sma and I get

C:\HLServer\cstrike\addons\amxx\scripting\include\amxmod.inc(18) : error 021: symbol already defined: "numtostr"

open amxconst.inc
then comment NO_STEAM or leave it
then compile the plugins

When I downloaded the orig. Won version.. I couldnt figure out why I wasnt able to get admin. when to admin script and saw there was not "#define NO_STEAM" in there so I added it recompiled and wolla.. I got admin lol..

Its funny how a little thing can throw u off..
