When I use clientprefs and etc, I want to be able to know that the plugin is getting reloaded.

I realized after checking that blocking sm plugins is out of option, and if you taught me how to block sm plugins reload players would know how to block sm plugins list, so is there a way to hook that? And if not, maybe allow it in a future SM version?
