Sorry for the late reply, yes. This is what happens, players get confused and think the player has not been banned yet.

Thanks for looking into it!

is there anyway to shut off the vote map feature for servers that are already using a plugin with that ability ?

I dont see any "enable/disable" CVARS

NVM, found it , TYVM

Set sm_votemap_minimum to -1. It will disable only votemap.

Players Votes isn't designed for yes/no vote sessions. Everyone that wants to cast a vote under PV needs to type the word "votemap", etc into chat. The voter is then presented with a menu of choices.

---

I've been getting some PMs from L4D admins about PV. I honestly haven't even tried it under L4D myself yet.

Any L4D admins out there - Let me know what issues you run into with it.

I mean how do players accept or reject a vote?

Player 1 starts a new mapvote to change the map
How does Player 2 and 3 say yes or no to this vote?

Currently when a player castes a vote, it just appears on screen. No one knows how to answer it..

I need help. I had the mod installed and everything was working, but for some unknown reason it stopped.
The server is a linux 32 slot Team Fortress 2 Server.

type into the servers console "sm plugins list" (less the quotes) and make sure the plugin is running with no errors.
