Basically, does this https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=198384 still work?

I see that other communities use some form of this to allow 10 players on for MvM. Can someone help me to track down the required files?

Also, I didn't know if I should have posted in that post... the main reason was because the last comment was 4 months ago.
