Are you sure you copied the ("empty") cfg/MyJailShop directory to your root csgo/ directory?

Copy the folders addons/& cfg/ to your root csgo/ directory

After I changed sm from 1.9 on 1.8 cfg immediately generated.

Yes, it's Admin_Reservation "a". I will make a cvar (or GetCommandOverride) within next version

I tested it on both. Cfgs will be generated. But it needs a server restart. A map change is not enough.

The items on Zephs are mainly cosmetics with one-time purchase & usage as many times you want.

The items on MyJailShop are focused on gameplay-advantages with one-time usage and you have to buy them every round again.

So I can't imagine how an integration could be realised.

Actualy some items you can buy only one time. Like this:
