how do you type chinese in a plugin??

if i know how to type chinese, i'd be able to translate plugins to chinese if its needed!

can i just use the program that i use to type chinese?

cause i see that most of the plugin's chinese lang are funny numbers.

u need to edit the .txt to make chinese characters properly displayed
and of course u can type chinese ingame
i mean version 1.6+
