I have problem with top 15 plugin (csstats.amxx/stats.amxx), it doenst save the data in .dat file, it even doesnt create it, i tried 3 different plugins and nothing changed

Actually, It's not problem with stats. You should contact the support of encharged company for the host.

Maybe the user runnnig your HLDS process has no permissions to create new files.

You need to update core.ini in the configs dir.
