Reset Intel

Is anyone capable of creating a plugin that only admin with ADM_SLAY flag can use to reset the Intel back to the Intel Room. sm_intel_return

Also an option to toggle it on and off. sm_intel <1/0>

So if someone is carrying it it gets put back, or if sm_nointel 1 (on) it always returns intel.

Can this be done?
