Try this version and let me know if it works any better.

When they exit it should ungag and unmute the player.
Also added in voicemenu blocks if a player is gagged...

This doesn't seem to be working in TF2 at the moment...
When a player is 'muted' they can still be heard.

Tested this plugin today. Experience the same issue.
Vote pops up good. Players gets muted but can still speak.

I am receiving complaints that the votegag-command is being abused. There are no CVars controlling the command itself, is this something you could include? Also, being able to by CVars turn off the entire votegag would be very nice and needed.

To be honest, it would be really good if you could consider implementing these (to my knowledge) rather simple changes!

Agreed. This mod would be lovely if it worked in L4D & L4D2.

A lot of disgustingly rude people and mic spammers that would be great if people could control it when I'm not on the server.
